Process

Visit the School

Families are welcome and encouraged to visit our school.  In addition to scheduled Open Houses, we welcome families to schedule a visit to our school at other times and see the school in action.  *Tours are available October through January.  Please contact us to schedule a tour or with questions.

Once the school goes to waitlist, we accept applications for our waitlist, with no fee needed.  You can tour at an Open House.  If a spot becomes available, we will ensure you receive a tour at that time, if you were not able to attend an open house.

All applicants are asked to spend time in the classroom and meet with the Director, which can happen at an open house or during a tour, before securing a spot.

Application and Fee

Interested families should submit the Application for Admission during the school year prior to the year of entrance accompanied by a $75 non-refundable application fee.  The application fee is per family.  Applications are accepted during the enrollment period following the registration dates below. The period of greatest admissions activity is typically January-March; however, applications will be accepted throughout the school year depending on space available. We encourage you to contact the school to learn about space availability at your child’s age level.

Registration for the 2018-2019 School Year:

Monday, January 8th 2018 at 6:30 pm prior to GMM (Fellowship Hall):  Registration opens to Current Families.  Sibling applications will be accepted on this night and processed at the end of the evening.

Wednesday, January 17th 2018 at 6:30 pm during Open house (in the classrooms):  Registration opens to Alumni Families (6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)

Monday, January 29th 2018 at 9:00 am in the Music & Movement Room:  Registration opens to New Families.

In the event no spot is available for your child you may choose to secure a wait list spot.  Wait list spots can be secured through May 31st 2018.  If no spot becomes available during the school year. Families on the wait list will be able to register the following year after alumni families.
